What is the best process to use?

Engage

We bring a wealth of experience to a wide range of engagement or dialogue projects – from mediating local disputes or building consensus among stakeholders to managing formal consultation processes, community participation projects and national dialogues.

Evaluate

We evaluate engagement processes, from one day workshops to complex dialogue and community engagement projects. Our evaluation is both summative (through a final report) and formative (through regular reflections and feedback).
 

Train

Our facilitators are all skilled trainers. We often build the capacity of people we work with to develop future engagement projects. This includes facilitation skills, engagement planning and design, consensus building and managing high-tension projects.
