Carl Reynolds is a mediator and facilitator in social and environmental fields. His facilitation and conflict resolution work on environmental issues includes land use, energy, waste management and species protection. In the social field he works for the Department of Communities and Local Government and others in a range of localities on social cohesion, partnership development and conflict transformation.
Carl was also a pioneer in the use of mediation in workplace disputes and helped to spread the use of mediation when a trustee and Chair of Mediation UK in the late 1990s. In the past Carl worked for a local authority as a Communications Manager and gained his experience in negotiation and advocacy as a trade union convenor.
