Context  The NDA's remit is to clean up the UK's nuclear legacy safely, securely and cost effectively and in ways that protect the environment. Not surprisingly there are difficult decisions to make around where to start, how much money to spend on it, and how the clean-up should be done. The problem is how to make sure these difficult decisions are informed by stakeholder organisations across the UK?

3KQ's Role  For over 2 years 3KQ worked with the NDA to create opportunities for stakeholders to hear about and influence the decommissioning decisions the NDA makes. This was done through workshops, meetings and online consultations as well as routine communications. In partnership with Dialogue by Design, 3KQ is now contracted to the NDA as an expert advisor.
