The 3, the K and the Q
Questions help us develop understanding. As impartial facilitators, 3KQ use questions to get to the heart of a situation, for example, a group's concerns or an organisation's challenges. Our work is structured around three 'key questions':
What outcome is needed?
Which people need to be involved?
What process is needed?
These three questions underpin our work and therefore define our company, 3KQ Ltd.
